Since performing the first total hip arthroplasty in Ohio, JIS has been at the forefront of orthopedic research, publishing research papers that number in the thousands. From the New England Journal of Medicine to the Journal of the American Medical Association, we have published in the most impactful journals in the field of medicine.

Research Internships
JIS Research Institute is committed to educating and mentoring future researchers and clinicians. Since the practice founding by Dr. Thomas Mallory MD, research has been a core tenant of JIS Orthopedics.
