Patient Portal

OrthoAlliance makes it easy to view your patient portal for any of our Partner Practices.

Ortho Alliance, in partnership with InteliChart, is excited to launch a new and improved patient portal. All current patient portal users will receive an invitation to enroll in the new portal. New patients and existing patients without a patient portal account will receive an invitation to enroll after your next visit.  The portal allows you to securely communicate with your physician’s office, request prescription refills, request documents, and view your upcoming appointments. We want to ensure a seamless continuity of care by providing each patient with the ability to communicate with staff directly and view their records online.

Select the practice where you’ve received care and follow the links.

Patients who are not currently enrolled in the Patient Portal will receive an automated email inviting them to register for a Patient Portal Account.

Please contact your practice to request a new PIN.

A patient under the age of 18 can enroll for an account that is managed by a proxy (parent or guardian).

Due to state and federal regulations, when a patient turns 18, they will be invited to create their own account and the parent or guardian of the patient who managed the portal account will receive notification of the disassociation.

A patient can request to grant access to a proxy for their portal account by contacting the practice.
