OrthoAlliance Welcomes Dr. Paul Eichenseer as First Chief Physician Officer

OrthoAlliance is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Paul Eichenseer as the organization’s first Chief Physician Officer (CPO). This newly established role is a key step in further strengthening our physician-led model and continuing to elevate the quality of care across our network.

A board-certified, fellowship-trained spine surgeon, Dr. Eichenseer is widely respected for his clinical expertise and passion for delivering patient-centered care. As CPO, he will help lead physician engagement, drive care standardization, and support collaboration between clinical teams and leadership.

Dr. Eichenseer earned his medical degree from Ohio University and completed a fellowship in Complex Spine Surgery at UCSF. He also holds an MBA from the University of Illinois, an experience that uniquely positions him to bridge clinical and strategic priorities in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
