JORDAN R. BONIER NOW SEEING PATIENTS AT ORTHOPAEDIC ASSOCIATES OF ZANESVILLE
(Zanesville, OH) — Orthopaedic Associates of Zanesville (OAZ) is pleased to announce that board-certified and fellowship-trained surgeon Jordan R. Bonier, DO, has joined the outstanding medical team in Zanesville.
“We welcome Dr. Bonier to our team of expert physicians and look forward to him serving patients with world-class, patient centered orthopaedic care at Orthopaedic Associates of Zanesville”, said OrthoAlliance Regional Vice President-Central Ohio, Matt Crill.

Dr. Bonier focuses on joint replacement, joint preservation, and general orthopedics, with a particular interest in minimally invasive and muscle-sparing procedures. He attended The Ohio State University in Columbus for his undergraduate studies in Molecular Genetics. Dr. Bonier then went on to graduate from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2014, where he received his doctorate in osteopathic medicine.
During his residency training, he received a master’s degree in medical education. He completed additional fellowship training in total joint replacement at The Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
Dr. Bonier said his passion for helping others and a fascination with science and the intricacies of the musculoskeletal system motivated him to pursue a career in medicine.
“The most fulfilling aspect of my job is witnessing patients regain their mobility, function, and quality of life through successful orthopaedic treatments,” he said. “It is incredibly rewarding to contribute to their well-being and truly change their lives.”
In orthopaedic medicine, physicians address a range of injuries that include fractures, sports-related issues and degenerative conditions such as arthritis. Dr. Bonier stresses that prevention is a major key to orthopaedic health.
“I believe the body, mind, and spirit are an interconnected network, and prevention of disease focuses on optimization of each of these components,” Dr. Bonier said. “Emphasizing the importance of regular exercise, healthy diet, proper body mechanics, and seeking prompt medical attention for any discomfort can significantly contribute to injury prevention.”
When not caring for his patients, Dr. Bonier enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing guitar, golfing, listening to music and hiking.
